Training packages get updated all year. When a qualification is replaced, the old one is marked superseded on training.gov.au — but it stays on your scope, and the national register also records whether the replacement is equivalent or not. Nobody rings you about it.

Leave your RTO code and an email, and every day our system re-checks your scope against the register. The day something of yours is superseded — or a replacement's equivalence changes — you get an email. Not months later, when the transition clock has already been running.

The work

When a not-equivalent supersession catches learners, someone has to read both versions side by side, map which evidence survives, and plan each learner's path — finish, transfer or gap-train — with a paper trail an auditor will accept. The questions people actually ask

Why is so much of this free?
Because it runs on a public register and costs us fractions of a cent per check. Charging for it would only mean fewer providers find out they have a problem. We charge for the human work — transition mapping, learner plans, audit evidence — because that genuinely costs hours.
Can you see my students' data?
No, and we've built it so we can't. The enrolment cross runs inside your browser; the only thing our server receives is a list of training product codes — public data. If you email us a CSV for a manual cross, we process it locally and delete it after sending your report, and we tell you so in the reply.
Is this affiliated with ASQA or training.gov.au?
No. We're an independent service built on the public register. We state what the register says — statuses, dates, equivalence flags — and we don't make legal or compliance claims on your behalf.
How current is the data?
Checks run live against the register, with a cache of up to 12 hours. The daily watch re-checks every subscribed RTO once a day.
