What each product page shows

  • The item 14 enrolment cut-off, computed from the day the replacement entered the register — and the second clock most summaries get backwards: learners already enrolled have no fixed deadline.
  • The status the register publishes today, and the date it stops being current when there is one.
  • What the product superseded, what superseded it, and whether the register flags each replacement equivalent or not equivalent.
  • The whole supersession chain, hop by hop, to whatever is current at the end of it.
  • For qualifications, skill sets and accredited courses: the unit grid, marked core or elective, and how many of each the register says are required — when it publishes that.
  • For units of competency: every training product the register lists the unit inside. HLTAID011 appears in 573 of them.

What no page here shows, because the register does not publish it: which RTOs deliver a given product. That list does not exist in the register, so we do not have it and we will not guess at it.

Counted from the register's own catalogue of 126,009 training products, read on 17 August 2026. Not listed here, and deliberately: 31,448 nonCurrent · 24,143 deleted · 192 cancelled · 397 pending. Those are products the register has withdrawn, let lapse, cancelled, or is still re-accrediting — nobody can deliver them, so pointing readers at them would be noise. Every one of them still has a page here if you have the code: search for it above and we will read the register live and tell you exactly what it says.

Browse by code family

The first letters of a code are the training package it belongs to: CHC is community services, HLT health, BSB business. Each list holds every current and superseded product in that family, together — the training package itself, its qualifications, skill sets and units — because that is how the register groups them. Codes that start with a number are accredited courses and units, and their letters sit at the end instead: those fill VIC and WA, and part of NAT. Ten codes carry no letters at all and are listed under OTHER, so that no product is left without a page.

Checking a whole scope, not one product?

The free scope check reads your RTO's live scope from the register and puts a date on every superseded product it finds: when new enrolments into it stop. Plus every replacement the register calls not equivalent.
