Get it dealt with
From ~$550 AUD / month · talk to us first
- Transition mapping — for each not-equivalent product, the old→new unit map: what carries over, what has to be re-gathered
- Learner-level plans — per affected learner: finish, transfer, or gap-train, with the reasoning
- Evidence pack — the paper trail for your renewal audit
- We do the monthly run — you don't remember to check anything
- Someone to ask — a person who knows your scope, not a ticket queue
Why give away the useful part?
Because it isn't the expensive part. The register is public and our checks run on it automatically — the cost of serving one more RTO is fractions of a cent. Charging for it would only mean fewer providers find out they have a problem.
What we charge for is the part that takes a person: reading two versions of a training product side by side, working out what evidence survives the transition and what doesn't, and turning that into a plan you can hand to an auditor. That's hours of work, and it's worth paying for.
Straight up: Register Radar is new and small — one person, building in the open. If the free tier is all you ever need, that's a completely fine outcome for us.
What we hold — and what we refuse to
Learner data never comes near us. Not by policy, but by architecture: the enrolment cross runs entirely inside your browser and only ever asks our server about training product codes, which are public.
| Data | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Your enrolment file (learner names, IDs, results) | Your machine. Never uploaded, never seen, never stored. |
| Training product codes looked up during a cross | Our server, cached — public register data, not linked to you |
| Your RTO code + email (only if you start the watch) | Our mailbox and a private subscriber list, so the daily watch can run. Reply "stop" and both are gone |
| Scope and supersession data | The public register. Same as what you'd see on training.gov.au |
No analytics that identify you. No third-party trackers. No selling anything to anyone, ever. If we ever needed to hold something sensitive to build a feature, we'd ask first — or not build it.
