What the service is

Register Radar computes information from Australia's public training register (training.gov.au): scope checks, an in-browser enrolment cross, a daily watch, and reports. The free tools run on public data and are free. Paid work is skilled human work — transition mapping, learner pathway planning, evidence preparation — agreed in writing before it starts.

What it is not

Register Radar is information, not advice. Nothing we send is legal or regulatory advice, and nothing we report is a judgement about anyone's conduct or obligations. Transition arrangements vary by product and circumstances; those judgements belong to the regulator, not to us. Verify anything important against the register itself — every number we produce is checkable there.

The free tools

  • Provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, with no promised service levels. They depend on a public API we do not control.
  • We rate-limit and may block abusive use so the tools stay available for everyone.
  • The watch emails you when the register changes for your RTO; reply "stop" and it ends, and your data is deleted.

Paid work

  • Scope, price and timing are agreed in writing (email counts) before work starts.
  • Invoices are payable by bank transfer or, where offered, by card through Stripe. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
  • Either side can end a monthly arrangement with notice at the end of the period; you keep everything already delivered.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for the free tools is limited to zero (they are free), and for paid work to the amount you paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law and good faith

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If something goes wrong, we talk first — in our experience a plain email fixes almost everything faster than anything else.
