When the register supersedes a qualification on your scope and flags the replacement not equivalent, the question is never abstract: it lands on each enrolled learner. AWARD CT is the row someone keys in. ALREADY HELD needs nothing — the unit is on the record under that same code. RE MAP keeps the work and redoes the paperwork. GAP is the only one that needs teaching. Which electives a learner takes is the provider's choice, so they are counted, never listed as rows to key.

Of the 24 units this learner completed in HLT54115, 19 credit straight across — the same code in both qualifications, or a renumbering the register itself declares equivalent. Nobody re-teaches those.

4 units keep their work but not their paperwork: the register flags their replacements NOT equivalent, so the evidence has to be mapped again against the new unit. Done once, filed, defensible at audit.

And 2 units — HLTENN060 and HLTENN068 — are genuinely new: nothing in HLT54115 maps to them. That is real teaching, and it is the whole difference between a transition that is paperwork and one that needs a training run.
