Non equivalent. HLTAHW028 content split to create two individual units HLTAHCS010 and HLTAHPR005. Changes to Elements, Performance Criteria, Performance Evidence and Knowledge Evidence to reflect updated content of each unit. Assessment Conditions in each unit provides clearer expression of requirements.
